A summer morning of community, nature, sauna, wild swims and breathwork.
We’ll begin with a gentle outdoor meditation (or under cover if it rains) led by Ylva to help you arrive and connect. Then enjoy relaxed rounds of sauna, cold plunges, and guided breathwork — a nourishing blend to refresh body and mind. There will be time to chat, connect, or simply enjoy the stillness between sessions. We’ll close by gathering together with a warm drink and homemade treats.
