[Beginner] Kimono-Dressing & Traditional Dance Workshop in Tokyo 74

Learn how to wear a kimono or yukata, and how to dance to the sound of well-known traditional Japanese folk songs (or famous summer festival songs).

Sasazuka Kumin Kaikan, 4th floor (笹塚区民会館)
- Address: 3-1-9, Sasazuka, Shibuya, Tokyo
- Nearest Stations: Sasazuka station & Hatagaya station (Keio Line, Keio New Line)

* Workshops:

1- Starting at 11:00:
Learn how to wear a yukata
* We will lend you a yukata and all the necessary accessories.
(You only need to bring a t-shirt to wear under.)

2- Starting at 12:00
Learn how to dance 'Tanko Bushi' and 'Yagi Bushi', two famous dances often featured at Japanese summer festivals (bon odori).


* The workshops will be in English and in Japanese.
* You can participate to both workshops for ¥3000.
* Maud Archambault will be leading the workshops on that day.
