Welcome to a journey of self-healing through breath π
In a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, youβll be lying down or sitting up with your eyes closed. Itβs a gentle and powerful way to reconnect with yourself. No experience is needed β just bring your breath and curiosity. π
We start with gentle relaxation to help you settle in. Once you're comfy, the music begins π΅
You'll be guided in a simple circular breathing technique β itβs easy to learn and weβll practise it together first. You're always in control, and weβre here to support your pace. π§ββοΈ
As you breathe, emotions and sensations may arise β thatβs completely natural. π
We may offer gentle prompts or intuitive touch (optional) to support your process.
You decide how deep you'd like to go. This is your personal journey of healing and release. β€οΈ
We end with grounding techniques to help you feel balanced, safe, and clear. π
Youβll leave feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, and calm.
