Join us for an interactive seminar focused on practical techniques to reduce stress and enhance your overall well-being. Led by Nisha Holmes—who holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from UCONN and an M.S. in Psychology—this session blends science and holistic practices, inspired by her deep interest in the mind-body connection.

Nisha is also a certified yoga instructor, having completed her Yoga Alliance teacher training in Iyengar yoga in Goa, India in 2014. In this class, she will guide participants through calming breathing exercises, hands-on tools like stress balls, and simple pressure point techniques to relieve tension and promote relaxation.
