Come along to Lake House Kent, where we will have the cosy Willow Lodge as our base for Earth & Ice Retreat.
Together, we will get back to nature and re-wild ourselves with activities designed with holistic health and rebalancing our energies in mind.

Yoga mat for Sound bath
Journal and pen, if you wish
