We are so overjoyed to introduce you to our new collaboration, with our long time friends at @thebeamhousect !! “Liquid Dessert” is a 14.3% Imperial Stout, brewed with salted caramel, maitake mushrooms, and chocolate brownie, in an attempt to replicate the flavors from Pastry Chef, Emily Litke’s, miso brownie at The Beam House in Glastonbury (if you haven’t tried it yet, you need to head down there immediately). 🍻
🗓️ We will be open MONDAY (6/30) from 4-8, with “Liquid Dessert” on tap, as well as in bottles togo (might have some brownies for you to purchase here too 😉🤫) …. or feel free to stop by The Beam House for a pour, and try this amazing brownie for yourself, there!! 🤌🏻🔥🍻
