Many of us are overwhelmed these days by the news, the troubles in the world, work and even recreational activities.
Many of us are more in the habit of moving than sitting still. We tend to go, go, go until we are exhausted. But when we have the courage to rest, and for some of us it will take courage, we might find a certain "Peace in Rest."
In these summer days, it's a good time to slow down and try to live in the moment.
