Alex Salcido is an Americana/Indie-folk singer-songwriter from Cincinnati, Ohio, and one half of the acclaimed indie rock-folk group The Harmed Brothers. His evocative lyrics and melodic craftsmanship have made him a standout in the Americana scene. He draws inspiration from artists like The Mountain Goats, Wilco, John Prine, The Weakerthans, Daniel Johnston, The Flaming Lips, and Bob Dylan.
He has spent years on the road—both with The Harmed Brothers and as a solo act—telling and weaving stories of loss, love, nostalgia, and whatever random bits of trivia and history capture his interest.
