Announcing weekly classes for Physical Wellbeing + Neuroplasticity
What you will learn:
1. simple daily movements for feeling GOOD in your body every day.
2. simple self-directed exercises such as "eye yoga" and "tongue yoga" that may substantially improve posture, energy levels, and reduce physical tensions.
3. How to combine all these movements into a 20 minute daily routine.
Who is the teacher: Chris Atteridge, Certified Personal Trainer, Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and 1,000+ hours of self-teaching
When: Sundays in June from 1pm-2:30pm
Where: Chiang Mai Holistic
