🌅 We’ll begin with Sunrise Yoga on the sand with the gorgeous Lotti Davies, a chance to move, breathe, and land in your body.

Then @meganpasierbektherapy will guide a heart-led healing meditation to soften the parts of you holding pressure, self-doubt, and quiet comparison, and invite you back to your Self.
