An Evening of Stillness, Softness & Release

Anger is not a flaw. It’s a signal, a call for space, softness, and healing.

Join me for a 60-minute Yin Yoga journey designed to help you gently release the weight of anger, frustration, and tension stored in the body.

Through long-held postures, guided breath and visualization, we’ll support the liver meridian, the energy channel in Traditional Chinese Medicine linked to the emotion of anger and invite space where stuck energy can soften, move and dissolve.

Whether your anger is sharp and recent or quietly buried in the body, you are welcome here, just as you are.
