Breathe in the fresh air at this gentle, therapeutic yoga class in a beautiful outdoor setting. Take your time relaxing into postures for a restorative experience. Mindful movement with breath will gently awaken the body. Nourish yourself in nature in a class that can be enjoyed by any level yogi.

Classes are guided by Ali Stewart, a certified yoga teacher with a background in physical therapy, and a passion for the pursuit of a long, vital and joyful journey.

We recommend bringing a towel to place under your mat, or for extra comfort. Mats will be available to borrow. Blocks are provided.
