Friday Restorative Yoga Happy Hour

Join Chris for a Restorative Yoga session to help wipe the week away and enter the weekend in parasympathetic state. This class is for the beginner who is unsure how to get out of GO mode as well as experienced yogis. We all could use a little pause and practice in the now.

Chris, RYT-200, has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, and has never met a yoga style she did not like. She believes anyone can benefit from yoga at any stage of their life. Chris especially enjoys teaching restorative yoga because it allows her to utilize her healthcare background to reach the ‘rest and digest’ nervous system to help relax the mind and body. Layering essential oils and sound usually enhances the experience.
