Join us for a night of Magic: The Gathering Commander play! Two waves of 4-player pods will be posted at 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM. You can play in one or both of these pairings. Pairings will be determined by players signing up under one of the 3 categories below:
Back to Basics: Players in this category must play with preconstructed commander decks that include no modifications. For players who do not already have a deck, the shoppe has a wide variety of decks available for purchase!
Power Balance: Participants in this category play by 3 universal rules. No infinite combos, no extra turns, and no mass land destruction or basic land destruction.
Omniscience: There are no limitations in this category, as players can play with any cards that they wish.
After each set of pairings is posted, we will randomly award one player an official Magic: The Gathering promo card.
To participate in this event, you must have a valid Wizards of the Coast account and an authentic Commander Deck. This is the same account you use to login to Magic The Gathering - Arena. If you don't have an account yet, you can set one up in Arena or use the online Registration form. Once you have your official account, you can register via the Companion app, or sign up when you arrive at the shoppe. ‼️ Decks must contain 100 authentic Magic: The Gathering cards. Proxies and other counterfeit cards are prohibited. Meeple Madness stocks a variety of Commander decks that may be purchased for this event.
