Flow Yoga Class

Just in case you're not sure about yoga on a paddle board yet you can join me on the land Monday and Friday mornings 10-11 at the Love Building 💕💕💕 these classes are through the Grass Valley YMCA you can come and drop in or buy a class pass it's the best deal in town!
