Jim Pugh is a renowned American blues keyboardist, composer, and record company executive whose career spans over 40 years. He has performed and recorded with legendary artists such as B.B. King, Etta James, John Lee Hooker, Robert Cray, Boz Skaggs, and Van Morrison, earning multiple Grammy, platinum, and gold records. After decades touring and recording, Pugh founded the Little Village Foundation in 2014, a nonprofit label dedicated to supporting and promoting underrepresented musicians from diverse backgrounds. He continues to champion musical diversity and lives in Santa Ynez, California.
