The Journey To Our Enoughness

Feeling not enough can have an impact on many areas of our life. Often called imposter syndrome, it’s a feeling where we think everyone else is doing better, is more than us.
Feeling not enough can affect many areas of our life, relationships, career, health, friendships, parenting, finances and more.

Liz shares parts of her story and what she learnt that can help us to connect back with our enoughness.

As we connect back to our enoughness, we start building our self-worth. We can find that our anxiety lessens and we can start the process of building our confidence too.

Kind words shared about this workshop:

"So many lightbulbs! Thanks Liz, you have helped me see that I am not crazy, that what I am experiencing is normal and have given me some tools to work with."

"You make everything simple and relatable. I appreciate your lived examples and show us how we can do it too."

"Thanks to this work, my nervous system is no longer in panic mode. My brain works, my memory works. I no longer have that gross feeling. Thanks Liz."
