Chakra balancing Meditation Class

I'm excited to announce this 10 week meditation series, this class involves breath work, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) on emotions that we pick as a group, a meditation and activation on a different chakra every week and some Positive Affirmations that co-ordinate with the chakra we are working on. This class will finish with 5 minutes of silence that allows us to calm the central nervous system and bring everything into balance, show up for yourself and allow the Journey.
