Allow yourself to be enveloped by the sounds of crystal bowls and chimes played by instructor Cearra Correa while she guides you through a restorative experience. This meditative, immersive sound bath will put you in deep relaxation to help reduce stress and anxiety so that you leave feeling as though you are floating in air.
