Nature + Nurture = Sunset Beach Yoga (SBY) A staple meetup of Delray Beach since 2010. SBY provides weekly evening yoga classes on the beach + other conscious community events & experiences.
Join Jessica Om - founder of SBY, 16 year experienced & passionate yoga teacher, wellness professional, FUNctional fitness & movement specialist, multi-disciplinary artist, and wanderer- for weekly liberating, heart-opening yoga practices on USA Today's 2025 best beach in the US.

* * * IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE: That SBY location & schedule is occasionally subject to change, even up to the hour of class time (due to weather or unforeseen events) PLEASE MAKE SURE AND CHECK FOR UPDATES IN THE EVENT (or the SBY meetup or WhatsApp) before each class.*
In the rare occasion that a class is cancelled, the facebook event will be left up, but the cancellation will be posted in the discussion.
* It is highly recommended to join the SBY WhatsApp and MEETUP: meetup.com/sunsetyogaonthebeach - And download the app to receive important notifications. Also make sure your email settings include receiving 'organizer messages.'

Classes are all levels intuitively guided nurturing flow through the body that implements hatha, vinyasa, & yin yoga elements (sequenced movements paired with conscious breath, as well as longer holds of poses with deeply meditative focus) with intention on cultivating strength, balance, flexibility, fluidity, liberating tension and energetic stagnation, promoting self-awareness and producing an overall feeling of peace, relaxation, and illumination.
Classes are approximately 75-90min Hatha/vinyasa flow & finish in meditation (savasana.)
BRING: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
ALL LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOME.
PARKING:
There are 2 beach lots to park in across the street. The parking is through Park Mobile app.
Some people also opt to park for free on the other side of the Linton Blvd bridge in the Trader Joe's Plaza and walk over.
If you're ever running late, please do not worry, most likely others are too. We start on island time, which means there's no such thing as late... Whenever you join us is the right time 🙂
