This week’s Mindful Monday invites you into a nourishing evening of guided meditation and healing sound. Led by Lois, she pairs sound bath with a meditation on Loving Kindness (Metta)—a gentle but powerful practice that cultivates compassion, patience, and care for both ourselves and others.

In Metta meditation, we send warm, sincere intentions of love and goodwill—first toward ourselves, then to those around us, and eventually to all beings. It’s a practice that opens the heart and helps us release judgment, tension, and negativity we may be holding onto.

Practicing Metta has been shown to reduce stress, increase empathy, and strengthen our ability to stay grounded in everyday life. Especially during seasons of change, Metta offers a soft landing—a return to inner peace and emotional resilience.

Mindful Mondays is a class series that pairs a sound bath with gentle guided meditations using breath work, mantra, movement & more. Each week is a new technique to help you find your path to presence.
