Join Tim the Yowie Man for an afternoon of discovery on the shores of the enigmatic lake.
During an audio-visual presentation Tim will share the many extraordinary stories he has uncovered while researching the lake for the last 30 years, including the midnight rescue, curious US navy connections, the lake castle, the Duntroon cadets and the magic of the 'disappearing' lake...to name just a few
If weather permits, we will also take a stroll along the shore of the lake so please wear sturdy shoes that may get a bit muddy.
Friday 4 July 1pm - 4pm.
Limited numbers. Bookings essential.
Light afternoon tea served.
Note: The indoor, lakeside venue (which will be revealed when booking) is a 50-60 minute drive from Canberra City (or 15- 20 minute drive from Bungendore) and includes 10km on a narrow dirt (but 2WD ok) road.
Ages 16 plus
