Salami Making Workshop

Come join us on Saturday 19th July for a fun day of Salami Making Demonstrations with Calabrese Chef Guy Scalise and all of the Italian Locals - with lunch to follow! Live music and a little bit of Tarantella by our favorite Rosa Voto Ustrale and special guest Mr Tony Tardio of 3AW. Tickets are limited for this event.

Cost is $65.00 per head with Lunch Included.
