JULY 5TH FIREWORKS CLEAN UP

City sponsored fireworks are set off from within Barker Field on the evening of July 4. While that is lovely, it leaves a problem on July 5th--the ordnance casings. These casings are toxic to dogs and must be cleaned up before we can re-open the park. Please join us and the DPR to clean up the site so we can. get on with the fun! 8 am to 10 am. We will provide buckets and grabbers and latex gloves (don't touch the casings barehanded) as well as a hydration station!
