In this series of yoga classes
“The Vagus Nerve & Yoga: Calming the Body & Mind”

We will move, breath and chant to gently guide the body back to balance, giving the vagus nerve a chance to do what it does best, calm, heal and restore.

Yoga-Chi is a combination of ancient authentic disciplines Yoga and Tai Chi. When practised together with correct breath flow and a focused mind, one can reach a state of bliss.

Kundalini yoga utilises movement (postures), dynamic breathing, chanting and meditation to relax and restore your mind and body while improving strength, flexibility, and endurance.

This powerfully effective form of yoga stimulates the immune, nervous, and glandular systems, helping to bring you back into true harmony.

This pass allows you to attend all Wednesday classes in July
