Join us for a 45-minute non-traditional take on a mat Pilates class merged with a Vinyasa yoga flow that helps strengthen, tone, and improve balance and mobility.
This low impact, high-intensity workout uses bodyweight to create a total body burn. Great for all fitness levels as modifications are provided!

Classes are held every other Sunday by Skill Fitness Studio at our Raleigh taproom.
