Welcome to Race 1 of the Alamo Series Beer Challenge 2025—a 4-part race series designed as milestone training runs for those preparing for the San Antonio Marathon, BCS Marathon, and other Fall/Winter events.
Whether you're aiming for a half or full marathon, or just want to join the fun with a 5K, this series is for you!
Each race increases in distance to align with your 18-week training plan and teaches you the ins and outs of race day—from packet pickup to pacing strategies.

✔ Chip-timed race with wave starts
✔ Age group awards (1st–4th place)
✔ Overall + Masters Male/Female winners
✔ Gender-specific tech shirts for each race
✔ Non-profit support opportunities
✔ 5K included at every race—walkers welcome!
🙌 Volunteer opportunities available—great way for friends or family to be part of the experience.

Automatic 50% OFF for runners 16 & under or 70 & over
Age categories from 14 & under to 90+
Don’t double up on discount codes!
📝 IMPORTANT INFO
✅ Walkers: Check in at the timing table to be categorized properly
✅ Check your finish time, name spelling, age group, and gender post-race
✅ Don’t run with someone else’s bib
✅ Wear your bib on the front of your shorts—don’t bend it (chip is inside!)
✅ Let timing officials know if you DNF—we won’t leave until all runners are accounted for
💻 VIRTUAL OPTION
Can’t make it race day? Switch to virtual by Thursday before race day at noon.
Run anytime that works for you—no stress
$12 mailing fee per packet (subject to change)
Use the Virtual tab on our website to switch
