Come join Refine & Restore, on Tuesday afternoons at 12 p.m. with The Grind MPLS. This unique offering combines lighter weights with fluid, rhythmic movements, creating a seamless flow that tones muscles and enhances flexibility and balance. Bring your own mat, sweat towel and water bottle.
