10th Annual Community Mental Health Forum

Franklin Avenue Baptist Church and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Southeast Louisiana are excited about your interest in attending the 10th Annual Community Mental Health Forum: Thriving Through Life’s Transitions. It will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Along with the panel discussion, there will be various behavioral health programs and community organizations onsite, offering vital information and resources to each attendee. Free lunch will be provided.

We also are pleased to offer two (2) free continuing education hours for your participation. These CEU hours have been approved for social workers by NAMI through the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners (LABSWE). Attendees from other disciplines are encouraged to consult their respective licensing boards for CEU acceptance.

To receive CEU credit, participants must complete all of the following requirements:

● Sign in by 9:15AM at the designated registration table on the day of the Forum
● Complete and return the post-event evaluation form at the conclusion of the Forum
● Sign out at the designated registration table at the end of the Forum

● Break times will not be included in the calculation of your CEU hours.
● Your certificate of attendance will be emailed to you within 10-days after the event.
