*Radiate and Rise* is a solar-inspired yoga practice designed to awaken your personal power and connect you to something greater. Through energizing movement, breathwork, and intention, we’ll stoke the inner fire of the solar plexus and open the heart—cultivating clarity, courage, and compassion. You’ll leave feeling inspired by your inner strength and ready to show up for your community.
Proceeds from the donation-based registration will support Model Cities, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide social and economic prosperity by providing access to opportunities that stabilize and develop families and communities through services including home ownership, support for youth and families, and commercial and residential development.
