Gallagher Way’s summer fitness series runs every week through October 2, with free outdoor fitness classes for the community.

HIIT with Movement Gyms classes are offered every Monday at 7 a.m. CST. Intense interval training will boost your cardio endurance and help to sculpt your muscles. Make the greenspace at Gallagher Way your gym all summer long!

-All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. You only have to fill it out once and it's good all summer, for any class! https://bit.ly/3y0EcOx
-Bring your own water bottle, sweat towel optional. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. No equipment required.
-Please arrive early to allow time to check in and set up.
