As we prepare for Nationals and the JJIF World Championships in Bangkok, weβre excited to launch the Team Canada Summer Training Camps β open to all athletes, whether youβre aiming for Team Canada or just want to sharpen your skills.
These sessions are highly recommended for:
β Athletes chasing Bangkok qualification
β Competitors prepping for Nationals
ποΈ Training Camp Dates & Locations:
β’ July 5 β Niagara Falls (Kokon Jiu-Jitsu)
β’ July 26 β Hamilton (Hamilton School of Martial Arts)
β’ August 23 β London (Bowen Jiu-Jitsu)
Train under the guidance of our Team Canada coaching staff:
β’ π₯ Sensei Mike Pisano
β’ π₯ Sensei Mickey Dimic
β’ π₯ Professor Ryan Bowen
Each brings years of international coaching experience and are all former World Champions in Sport Jiu-Jitsu.
Every session will include:
π₯ Part 1 β Stand-Up & Part 1 Fighting (Led by Mike Pisano)
π₯ Part 2 β Throws & Takedowns (Led by Mickey Dimic)
π₯ Part 3 β Groundwork & Submissions (Led by Ryan Bowen)
The camps will focus on the JJIF Fighting System (Point Jiu-Jitsu) β the official format for international competition β with valuable crossover skills for Contact Jiu-Jitsu as well.
These sessions are free and open to all clubs, styles, and associations.
No registration required β just show up ready to train!
