Every First Wednesday at You Be You (143 Howard St.)
6:30pm-9pm
As an extension of our songwriter showcases, we are starting up something called "Behind The Song Meet-Up". This will be a space for songwriters who are interested in improving creatively, musically, and professionally. If you fit into this category, we would love to have you at this event. There will be time to talk with other songwriters, share resources (booking/marketing advice, songwriting exercises, etc.), and generally be around other people who hold music as a big part of their lives. Each month there will be a featured songwriter who will share a few of their songs and talk about their writing process/musical journey! There will then be time for other people to share their songs in a casual setting. Bring unfinished songs! This will be a good setting for it.
