June Photo Talk: Clarity with Mike Fuller
Where: Darling Range Wildlife Shelter Meeting Room, Lot 801 Hayward Rd, Martin.
When: 1pm on Saturday 28th June 2025 (please get there a little earlier so we can start on time).
Cost: $5 meeting fee
Mike Fuller is one of our club members who was instrumental in getting our talks off the ground when the club first started, talking at several club meetings about different aspects of the craft of photography.
Mike continues with another in his series, this time on ‘Clarity’.
One of the main aims of photography is to tell visual stories, whether they be fleeting impressions or something much deeper. Whatever that story may be, it is best when told in a clear way, to have clarity. The clarity can refer to the concept, the emotional content and/or the visual display.
This presentation will look at some of the ideas and techniques you can consider, both with your camera and in post processing, to maximise the impact your images will have on your intended audience. As you incorporate these techniques into your photography your images will go from “that’s nice” to “Wow!”.
