Hard to believe, that next week at this time we will have Pickin 2025, up and running. Yes there is still a couple of camp sites available, so call Marlene at 519 881-2202, if interested.
Moving forward I would like to acknowledge the amazing house band we will have up on our stage during the festival. Donny Maxwell on bass guitar, Gord Cottrill on pedal steel, Roger Williamson on lead guitar, Leo Stock on fiddle and new to our stage, but certainly not new to many stages in mid western Ontario, Grant Heyward on drums.
I can't say enough how blessed that we have the services from the Burger Bus, Gary Byers, Chepstow Inn, The Cargill Lawn Bowlers and this year the Walkerton KInsmen will be staffing a tractor for the weekend.
More importantly, we are blessed to have both Ben Lentir and Bryce Butcher back up on our stage as MCs again this year...Ben will be doing Friday and Bryce will be covering Saturday.
