*** We’ll be sharing more details as the event gets closer! ***

Wisconsin Badger Camp’s Annual 1966 Event is one of the most important nights of the year for our organization. This signature fundraiser brings together our supporters, families, campers, and community members for an evening filled with fun, entertainment, and purpose — all to support the mission of providing meaningful outdoor recreational experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities.

This event takes a tremendous amount of time, planning, and effort to prepare and host, but the results are truly worth it. The funds raised at the 1966 Event directly support financial assistance for campers, facility upkeep, program growth, and the purchase of essential equipment and supplies that keep our outdoor programs safe, accessible, and impactful for everyone who calls camp their summer home.

We’re incredibly proud that in past years, the Annual 1966 Event has raised as much as $132,658.00 — a powerful testament to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and attendees who believe in the work we do and the lives we touch.

Each dollar raised at this event helps us ensure that no camper is ever turned away due to financial need and that every individual has the opportunity to build independence, confidence, and lifelong friendships at Wisconsin Badger Camp. It’s a night that celebrates community, compassion, and the life-changing magic of camp — and we can’t wait to do it all again this December.
