New to yoga—or ready to reconnect with the basics? This 60-minute class is designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and confident in your practice. We’ll start with 20 minutes of guided instruction to explore key postures, alignment, and breath awareness, followed by 40 minutes of gentle, breath-led flow to integrate what you’ve learned.
Foundations of Yoga Flow offers a supportive space to move, learn, and grow. Come as you are—and leave feeling more connected, inside and out.
