ABOUT THE CACAO EXPERIENCE
Cacao experiences are rooted in indigenous traditions and offer a heart-centered space for connection, healing, and reflection. Many people feel drawn to cacao as a way to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and foster meaningful relationships.
More than just chocolate, cacao has gentle, mood-enhancing, and circulation-boosting properties. It supports emotional openness, clarity, and presence—often described as calming, nurturing, and uplifting.
In a cacao experience, participants often gather in a circle, set intentions, share from the heart, and drink traditionally prepared cacao. It’s a non-psychedelic plant medicine that gently opens awareness and helps release tension or emotional blocks.

Candace Britton is a wellness professional with over 20+ years of experience guiding individuals toward holistic living. As a Yoga Teacher and International Retreat Leader, she blends traditional Hatha and Flow practices with mindful and authentic techniques, creating an inclusive space where students of all levels deepen their practice and connect to inner wisdom.
As a certified Reiki and Sound Practitioner, Candace integrates subtle energy work and vibrational healing into one-on-one sessions, Sound bath sessions, group ceremonies, and Ecstatic Dance journeys that liberate the body and celebrate life’s rhythms. As a Transformational Wellness Coach, she partners with clients to design personalized roadmaps using: Goal-setting frameworks, Embodied breathwork and guided meditations, wellness audits, and Food-as-Medicine principles.
Candace empowers individuals to: Cultivate daily rituals for resilience and joy, Release patterns that no longer serve their highest good, and learn to embrace self-compassion and awareness as the foundation for lasting change.
