This is a weekend-long event taking place from Friday July 25th-Sunday July 27th. The team judged competition will take place on Saturday evening.

FRIDAY (7/25/25)
11:00am - Driver gates open.
1:00pm - Open practice starts / GA gates open.
6:00pm - Mandatory driver's meeting.
6:30pm - Driver introductions.
7:00pm - Hot entry competition starts.
9:45pm - Driving ends.
7-11:00pm - Rodeo (bring your cowboy boots and hats).
Evening entertainment provided by Halfway House DJ group.

SATURDAY (7/26/25)
9:00am - Mandatory driver's meeting.
9:30am - Driving starts / GA gates open.
6:00pm - Team competition starts.
Driving ends when competition ends.

SUNDAY (7/27/25)
11:30am - GA gates open.
12:00pm - Driving starts (skidpad only).
4:30pm - Driving ends.

Spectators will be $15 per person; young children will be no charge. Purchased at the gate only. Exact change is appreciated.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
· Do not arrive before prior to gates opening.
· Spectators are not permitted to drive over the bridge into the paddock.
· No outside alcohol!
· We enjoy dogs, so clean up after your own.
· Ride a-longs are encouraged as long as they follow the same driver requirements as the drivers.
