Ready to build your aerial foundation the smart way? In Silks Strategy, you’ll train with Marzanne, who brings over 10 years of experience in Aerial Silks technique, performance, and instruction. This workshop focuses on the fundamental building blocks of silks work—including proper form, essential climbs, foundational wraps, and targeted conditioning to support clean, safe progression. Whether you're brand new or returning to refine your skills, this workshop is designed to help you train with purpose, understand the "why" behind each technique, and develop the strength and confidence needed to move upward—literally. We recommend wearing form-fitting layers that cover the backs of your knees and underarms (e.g., leggings and a fitted tee or long-sleeve). Please avoid wearing jewelry or clothing with embellishments that may pose an entanglement risk or otherwise damage the fabrics.

All of our Summer Break workshops are suitable for both first-time students and more experienced athletes or dancers. No experience or other prerequisites are required! These workshops are for adults, so if you are having trouble registering, please make sure that your birthday is on file or shoot us a message!
