Join any (or all!) of our Summer Break workshops to learn fundamental tricks, tips, and techniques in every category: from Aerial to Pole Fitness, Circus, Dance, and Yoga - this Summer we're doing it all! We sell multi-packs if you're interested in attending multiple workshops, and offer an Educator Discount for public/private school employees - just send us an email to bWFyemFubmUgfCBtYXJ6YWVyaWFsICEgY29t with your school before registering!
Keeping the fun in fundamentals, this 90-minute workshop is perfect for pole students of all levels looking to refresh their routine, build strength, and connect with a vibrant community. You'll explore a mix of conditioning, flexibility, and expressive movement through the art of pole dancing. This extended session allows for deeper work on technique, playful exploration, and plenty of time to move, sweat, and have fun. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to basics with fresh eyes, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are. We recommend wearing shorts under leggings or sweats, as well as a closer-fitting sleeveless or short-sleeved top or a sports bra. You’ll want to be barefoot for class and have socks handy.
All of our Summer Break workshops are suitable for both first-time students and more experienced athletes or dancers. No experience or other prerequisites are required! These workshops are for adults, so if you are having trouble registering, please make sure that your birthday is on file or shoot us a message!
