Burn off the stress of your week, go into your weekend feeling clear, grounded, and energized.

Each class will be slightly different, but always dynamic. You are guaranteed a good sweat, and a great time. We will work with all three styles, with an emphasis on partner work, functional mobility, and fun! Each class ends with some gentle yoga and mediation, if you choose. Not into mediation? don't have the extra 15 minutes? No problem. the last 15 minutes are optional.
