Kiekvieną vasaros antradienį*, ketvirtadienį ir šeštadienį 15 val. kviečiame angliškai kalbančius muziejaus lankytojus į apžvalgines ekskursijas po Signatarų namus.

Signatarų namai – istorinė vieta, kurioje 1918 metų m. vasario 16 d. buvo pasirašytas pamatinis modernios Lietuvos valstybės laisvės idėją įprasminantis dokumentas.

Prieš daugiau nei 100 metų sudėtingomis sąlygomis modernią Lietuvą kūrė skirtingos visuomenės grupės, aktyviai polemizuodamos valstybės vizijos, vertybinės jos orientacijos klausimais. Apžvalginės ekskursijos metu autentiškoje aplinkoje lankytojai kviečiami išgirsti pasakojimą apie modernios Lietuvos valstybės laisvės idėjos ištakas ir šiuolaikines jos išraiškas.

The House of Signatories is the historical site where the Act of Independence of Lithuania was signed on 16 February 1918 — a document expressing the idea of a free and modern Lithuanian state.

Over 100 years ago, amid the challenges of the early 20th century, the foundations of modern Lithuania were laid by various societal groups engaged in lively debates on the state’s vision and values.

During the tour, visitors will hear the story of the idea of freedom in modern Lithuania, exploring its origins and contemporary manifestations in an authentic setting.
