6:00 PM- Sound Bath
Refreshments (non-alcoholic) will be served starting at 5:30 PM. At 6 PM we will lay down on our yoga mats and enjoy a 45 minute Sound Bath led by Patty from Be Wellness 716.
$10/person You will receive a $10 store credit redeemable that day and CBD & Young Living samples.
*Space is limited to 10 people. Pre-registration is required. Pay either at the store or venmo Patty - @Patty-OShei
Please bring the following with you:
*yoga mat to lay on
*pillow for under your head
*blanket especially if you run cold
*bolster (or extra pillow or rolled blanket) for under your knees.
*Anything else that will make you comfortable
*dress comfortably
