The Music House is very proud to welcome the Vixen Winds: Interlochen collaborative pianist Susan Snyder with Detroit Symphony Orchestra flutist Sharron Sparrow and Memphis Symphony Clarinetist Rena Feller, performing a special program on Friday, July 11 at 7:00PM. This is a unique opportunity to hear world class musicians perform in our unique environment.
Vixen Winds will perform a program which visits various eras and cultures. The Danish Golden Age arrives in the clarinet Fantasy Pieces of Niels Gade, Parisian tones are present in the flute sonata of Francis Poulenc, and Robert Muczynski's Duos with their winsome lyricism and exciting rhythmic drive bring us closer to our current American era.

Sharon travels extensively giving seminars on her book, 6 Weeks to Finals, The Complete Guide to Audition Success, winner of the 2016 NFA Best New Publications Award. She has also published two volumes of a popular set of duets, Telemann for Two, with her colleague Jeffery Zook. A graduate of The Juilliard School and Mannes College of Music Ms. Sparrow has had the privilege of studying with Julius Baker, Thomas Nyfenger and Geoffrey Gilbert. Rena Feller has played E-flat/Second Clarinetist with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and has been a Rhodes College faculty member since 1986.
