Nature Detectives: Stream Study/Water Journey

This summer we will become nature detectives and explore the stream behind Selover Public Library. Bring nets, buckets, and cups to scoop up various things that can be found in the water. We will be searching for living things throughout the area. The items we collect will help us study this habitat. We will continue our studies with other activities on land to learn about our Earth’s natural water.

Closed-toe shoes or boots are required and dress to get dirty.

Limited to 20 children. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children of all ages are welcome with an accompanying adult.

If in the case of inclement weather the program will be moved to the lower level of barn where children will still learn about our Earth's natural water, as well as do other artistic and creative activities.
