Formerly named, "Crystalline Meditation," this unique crystal bowl healing event is a sound journey that includes pranayama (yogic breathing), guided meditation, a full sound bath (4-5 crystal bowl players), live relaxing music, energy alignment and a crystal gift for each participant! The crystal changes every month based on season and is chosen intentionally for its collective healing properties.
We are convinced that the calming tones of the crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments incorporated in this event will help you to heal unhealthy cells and release emotional, physical and spiritual blockages.
