Randy's Real (surprise) Retirement Party

The impossible is happening. Randy Chang has retired from Devon aka Budget. Randy has been our go to, our trainer, our event cook, our problem solver and so much more for 45 years! This event is open to anyone who has worked with him, camped with him, golfed with and known him through all his Budget years.
