Join our pop-up teaching collaboration, with practical application of important technical concepts to improve your West Coast Swing. Drills, mental frameworks, and more!

Topic for this Sunday: Getting Grounded - Understanding how to use your feet/legs more effectively for powerful movement, stability, and connection.
If you've ever been pulled off your foot by your partner, struggled to stabilize yourself coming out of a turn, or have been told you're pulling with your arms too much, this class is for you!
We'll have 2 hours to do a deep dive, with plenty of practice and practical application into your dance.

Prerequisites: Been dancing West Coast Swing minimum 3+ months, know and be comfortable with all your basic patterns.
