Boy in 35mm

Inspired by a true story, Boy follows ten-year-old Toshio (Abe), whose grifter parents cajole him into pretending to be hit by passing cars and then extort money from the drivers. A mirror of the wartime sacrifice of Japanese youth, Boy is equally infuriating and moving.
